My country (sunny Australia) Finally got a new govt today! A Labor/Greens coalition after over two weeks of hung Parliament because nobody could decide who to vote for (it was pretty much 50:50 labor/liberal...I could go on all day about the ins and outs of it but to be honest I'm a little exhausted by it all... after 2 weeks of not knowing Australia feels a little like the photo above (found here on flickr)
I'm sure with a little help from Bob Brown's Green party Labor will be able to shake the metaphorical sand from the towel and get this country back on track - Although i still maintain that Kevin didn't do as bad a job as everyone said he did... I wish labor the best of luck....
